The Mediterranean coastal resorts of Mojacar, Vera Playa and Garrucha can be reached within 30 minutes via the new motorway.  Almeria airport is an hour’s drive away, Murcia airport is 1 hour 15 minutes and Alicante airport is approx. 2 hours drive.

The villa is accessed via an electric sliding gate onto the large driveway with room for several cars and/or motor home.  There are a number of native trees and shrubs. The pool area is very private and the 8m x 4m swimming pool has been recently refurbished and artificial grass surrounding providing lots of room to sunbathe and relax and take in the stunning views. Two large pergolas provide shade for outside dining and a chill out area. There is another large garden area that has been wonderfully planted with various native trees, palms, shrub and plants with superb views of the mountains and countryside and Albox town. There is a large store room/workshop behind the pool area.  Beside this you will find the recently refurbished annex comprising of an open plan lounge with doors overlooking the pool area, kitchen area, double bedroom and bathroom.  The front door to the villa leads directly into a large lounge with a feature log burner, air conditioning, an archway to the left leads to the dining room with air conditioning and a door from here leads through to the annex and also from here leads into the large bright kitchen with ample granite work tops and cupboard space including white goods. Back in the lounge there is an archway leading into a hall giving access to the remaining rooms. The large master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a large double and the third bedroom is a double with air conditioning. The guest bathroom has a bath with shower over and glass screen, wash basin and WC.
