The larger town of Albox is a 12 minute drive with the larger supermarkets, banks, 24hr medical centre, hairdressers/barbers, opticians, dentists, bars, cafes, restaurants and more. The coastal resorts of Mojacar, Vera Playa and Garrucha are a 40 minute drive and Almeria airport can be reach in one hour 15 minutes, Murcia airport in 1 hour 30 minutes and Alicante airport in 2 hours 20 minutes.

The villa over a single level affords 192 mtrs of living space and is set within gardens – plot of 5,031 mtrs much of which has been walled and gated . Access is off tarmac via a small track through beautiful lemon groves. As you enter through the sliding gates into the gravelled driveway and to the right there is a car port with room for parking more cars and to the left there is a private Jacuzzi with pergola. The gardens are divided into separate areas.  There is an outside bar/entertaining and BBQ area overlooking the free form swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There is a seating area above the poolside pump room where you can relax and take in the spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The large conservatory has fly screens and is divided into separate areas to suit your needs and from here the views are truly magnificent.  Sit back and while away the hours during the day or star gaze at night. Inside the villa there is a large lounge with pellet burner, ceiling fan and two large arch feature windows, a door leads into the separate dining room or second lounge with a feature log fire and picture window, door to the kitchen and a door to an internal hallway serving the remaining bedrooms.  The modern contemporary kitchen has a breakfast bar, ample worktops and cupboard space, electric oven, hob, cooker hood, built-in microwave, stainless steel sink and drainer, space for a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and ceiling fan. From here a door leads into an internal hallway with glass doors leading out to the conservatory, and a door leading to the master bedroom and separate shower room . The master bedroom is larger than average and has glass double doors leading outside, window, air conditioning, ceiling fan and pellet burner. The shower room has a window, corner shower cubicle, vanity unit with inset wash basin and WC.  Off the large conservatory is the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, cooker, dual aspect windows, door leading to an outside terrace.  Back in the dining room/second lounge a door leads to an internal hallway.  There is a door here on the right leading into the main lounge, to the left is a twin (double) bedroom with window and ceiling fan, at the end of the hallway is an arch and to the right is a double bedroom with picture window and door leading to the conservatory and a door to the en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and glass screen, WC and vanity wash basin and window.  To the left of the arch is another double bedroom with picture window and a door to the en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and glass screen, window, twin vanity basins and WC, this room can also be accessed via the hallway.
