Please note for personal reasons the current owners have been unable to visit the villa for many months. The pictures we have on web reflect the current condition as of June 2020. Some work is certainly required in relation to pool and gardens  but this would not be to costly or time consuming. We work with a very good number of local trades people who for a max of 3-4,000 would have all back to perfect in no time. Usually villas if this size and spec in this location in perfcet condition change hands easily for 199-210K Euros so in listing at current price the owners have amply reflected any work that needs doing to bring back to perfect but will still consider further reasonable offers.

The gated gardens , of a larger than usual for location 750 mtrs, provide an easy to maintain oasis of established plants and shrubs  designed to provide privacy and both secluded shaded spots alongside of wonderful sun drenched terraces, There is a wonderful purpose built outside terrace come BBQ area off the kitchen and lounge which is slightly elevated above the large pool terrace and 10 x 5 tiled pool. Both the pool area and dining terrace afford wonderful views over the nearby hills and are ideal for enjoying the most spectacular suns sets.  The gardens also provide ampe and secure off street parking.

For annual running costs including rates, water, electric, pool cleaning, internet, build and contents insurance allow for between 3,400 and 3,900 Euros for the year. 

Very rarely do properties similar to this one come on to the market so we would advise a quick viewing to avoid disappointment.
