Set and surrounded by beautiful open countryside in a small but popular hamlet that’s a very quick 5 to 6min drive from the thriving market  town of Albox . Here alongside the popular Tuesday street market you’ll find all the amenities required for daily living shops, supermarkets (inc, Lidol’s and Aldi’s), 24 hours medical centre, schools, banks etc plus a whole host of great bars, restaurants and cafes.  Some of Almeria’s prettiest beach resorts/golf courses Vera, Garrucha, Mojacar etc are just a 30-35 min spin down the motorway and you also have great motorway access to the larger cities of Almeria, Murcia and Alicante which all have airports connected by a shuttle bus if required.   

Entering the property via the front door, immediately upon your right you have a Jack and Jill door bathroom. Both the guest bedrooms boast ceiling fans and one has access to the Jack and Jill bathroom mentioned previously. This bathroom also features a walk-in shower.  Finally you have the master bedroom with A/C unit, ceiling fan, wall heater, freestanding mirrored wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The level and wonderfully landscaped gardens which are fully fenced/walls so pet safe and secure, are accessed via double gates, a driveway which provides ample secure parking for a number of vehicles, leads down to the villa with mature and established planted areas either side boasting a range of trees (oranges, lemons, olives, and even some almond trees). On reaching the villa, the driveway wraps around to the left towards the detached garage, on the right is off road parking for visitors then the driveway continues to the rear of the property. A pathway between the garage and the villa leads to the private pool & terrace. The terrace is tiled with anti-slip tiles and there are several seating areas, including a gazebo. A covered terrace on the front of the villa overlooks the pool.
